	no ability to alter the template of my blog

Left Ad Borders Cut Off

I have a problem w/ left and top borders being cut off on ad banners. I don't know if it is just FireFox but when adsense rotates to another service the left border is missing and it looks weird for 728x90 and 300x250. Do I have to tweak an HTML size somewhere? 	My Banner is not showing
	Hi, I just switched from blogspot to my own domain via blogger. When my new domain was up, I noticed that my banner is sometimes on and off, but most of the times it is not there ? what should be the problem ? background is gone?

My white background is gone so the bacground behind it shows through now. this makes it hard to read & it wont let me change it back throug the dashboard. HELP i lost my LAYOUT option
